Uplifting Spray
- 3 drops Lime Oil
- 2 drops Jasmine Absolute Oil
- 3 drops Grapefruit Oil
- 2 drops Bergamot OIl
- 2 ounces Water
- 1 ounce Alcohol (or vodka) (This is not required but will help the spray last longer)
- Blend essential oils in a 4 oz spray bottle filled with the water and alcohol. Spray the blend into the room and breathe deeply! Use as often as needed. Always shake before using to blend the oils.
